Studio Policies
Cleanliness
Please help us keep Fluid Arts Studio beautiful for everyone in our community. We ask that you leave the space in the same condition you found it - or better. Please remove personal belongings, dispose of trash, and return furniture or equipment to its original placement before your rental ends. If you notice any damage or maintenance concerns, please notify us as soon as possible.
Sound & Music
Our studio includes access to a sound system compatible with phones, laptops, and other audio devices for dancers only. Please ensure all equipment is handled with care.
Volume
To maintain a respectful environment for neighboring businesses and other guests, please keep music and activities at a reasonable volume and keep studio doors closed during use. Excessive noise may result in a request to lower the volume or immediate termination of your rental.
Mirrors
Our mirrors are delicate and essential to the studio experience. Please avoid touching, leaning on, or placing equipment directly against the mirrors.
Floors & Studio Care
To protect our dance floors, the following are not permitted inside the studio:
Glitter
Rosin
Confetti
Masking or duct tape
Adhesive materials that may damage flooring
If using equipment such as tripods, speakers, stands, instruments, or props, proper floor protection must be used.
Footwear
Outdoor shoes are not permitted on the studio floors. Clean indoor dance shoes, non-marking sneakers, socks, bare feet, heels designed for dance, and specialty dance footwear are welcome. Sharp stilettos or footwear that may damage flooring are prohibited.
Food & Drinks
Water bottles with secure lids are welcome. Please avoid food and sugary beverages inside the dance studio area to help us maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
Fire & Safety
Open flames, candles, incense, smoke effects, or any flammable materials are strictly prohibited anywhere in the studio.
Rental Timing
Please respect your scheduled rental time, including setup and cleanup. Rentals are often booked back-to-back, so timely exits help us stay on schedule for all guests.
Temperature & Lighting
The studio is equipped with heating, air conditioning, and customizable LED lighting. If adjustments are needed during your session, please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Wi-Fi
Guest Wi-Fi may be available upon request for classes, rehearsals, or creative projects.
Storage
Fluid Arts Studio does not offer overnight storage. All personal items, props, and equipment must be removed at the end of your booking.
